Michelle and David were so easy to work with. They listed our home on Dec 27th (most would think not a good time to list, we did too). The market was showing it wasn't a real good time to sell also. We did it anyway. We left for vacation on the 28th.... the showing requests started on the 28th. We came home from vaca on Jan. 6th....on the 7th we had our first offer. Only 10 days after the listing started, during the Christmas and New Year holiday. We got another offer 2 days later and the showings kept coming. Long story short, we closed on Feb. 23rd. Not too shabby for selling around the holiday in a slow market. I would recommend the Garagiola's to anyone who wants to sell their home. Thank you so much!

We are so lucky that we found Michelle! We were buying our first home so were new to the process, which means we needed a lot of hand-holding and explaining.
