Where to start with the job Mindy did to help my wife and myself get our home sold. She walked us through every step and even answered questions we had on the weekends in the evenings. We told her what we were wanting to do and asked her to come up with
a price. We went with her price and had an offer in 4 DAYS even after the market started cooling down. I would highly recommend her on selling or buying a house. She is first class every step of the way!

Mindy is prompt. Courteous . Effective. . Knows her stuff. Finds solutions to problems and in a cost effective way . Gets back timely to questions . In am in Canada , our borders are closed due pandemic but she was a real find. . Sold 2 plots in less than
a week . From survey to sale. My paperwork was in a mess , due changes in LA law after 40 years ownership . Any seller or buyer will do good with her.
