Joseph went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We had a big move to make from Charlotte, NC to Santa Clara, CA. Maintaining two households on opposite coasts was both stressful and expensive, but Joseph helped us with moving furniture, available for vendor appointments while we were in CA, helped with painting, arranging contractors, etc. All things he didn’t have to do, but wanted to do because he knew the stress we were under. Joseph kept us updated each step of the way and we were able to close without returning to NC. I would highly suggest Joseph to those looking to buy or sell as we have done both transactions with him in the past and both experiences were superior service. We can’t thank him enough.
