As a first time home buyer, I was not only nervous and anxious, but also completely unaware of how the home buying process went. I hesitated for a few months because I had many fears and questions about where to start, how to start and what to even do leading up to purchasing your first home. She was determined to not only get me my perfect home but also determined to make sure it was in the perfect location that I was already sold on. We received a few responses from potential sellers but nothing that seemed too promising at the time. I decided to take a break from looking at houses because it was the week of my birthday and I was going out of the country on vacation. It was the day of my birthday (the day before I was leaving to go to Punta Cana) and I received a call from Meredith saying that a house in one of my favorite neighborhoods was about to be listed and if I wanted to go check it out. She sent me the listing and I immediately fell in love with this house. I went and looked at the house and fell even more in love with it, BUT I also told myself that I wasn't going to get my hopes up this time and to just go with the flow. As a first time homebuyer, the thought of finding the right home and the right price is very intimidating. Working with Jayme made the process so much easier than I had anticipated.
