Monty chose real estate from purchasing his first coop at Forest Hills NY, he learned the process from searching for homes, which areas of interest is potential to purchase, to contract and closing.  The entire process was done by Sale by Owner.   That lead me to a successful career as a real estate agent to broker.  Real estate had taken me to many successful deals and happy client thru out New York.  Now expanding to New Jersey making his permanent residence.
