Navneeta was awesome from day 1, she patiently took us to all the houses we wanted to see ,mostly on non Buisness times due to busy nature of my job, no pressure and honest opinion on pros and cons . When we finally decided on house , she was very meticulous in helping the closing as there was some delay from seller due to permits .she helped in coordinating with lawyer /seller agents /permits /inspectors way beyond normal realtors . Josh Taylor both sold our old house and helped us purchase our new house and we were not the easiest clients...

We had never sold a house before and Josh made the whole process seem easy for us. From the walk through to show us little cosmetic stuff we could spruce up to the staging and photographing of our home to the appraisal and inspection was smooth because he was able to answer every question and explain every step and he put us in contact and helped us make arrangements to do everything that had to be done on our schedule.

We had a pretty long list of wants and don't wants for our new house and Josh took note of everything. Before he had a chance to show us the houses he'd found that met our criteria, my husband and I went onto the house hunting sites and pulled up MLS numbers for houses we liked to email and text Josh. He responded quickly with information about whether a house had everything we wanted, was under contract or with an appointment for us to to go see it.
