When we finally decided on house , she was very meticulous in helping the closing as there was some delay from seller due to permits .she helped in coordinating with lawyer /seller agents /permits /inspectors way beyond normal realtors . Because of that we did not make unforced errors and I really appreciate her help.this is my third house I bought and she has beaten my previous two realtors who were also very good,set up a new benchmark and we will be using her for our future searches if needed .
