Nicole's great claim to fame in my life was helping me navigate my first real estate purchase 8 years ago in Mammoth. She knew the market (what we were and were not likely to find if we waited, versus making a move sooner to get me settled before the snow flew) and she took the time to really get to know what my non-negotables were in a home, and how I planned to use the space. Doing so allowed her to help me choose the most livable unit for ME. What I have appreciated the most ever since is that Nicole was confident enough and willing to stick her neck out such that when we found what eventually came to be my beloved first home, she looked past all my anxieties and said very directly "I think you want THIS one!"
