Paola was responsive to my questions, listened to my input and understood what I was looking for, made efforts to match me with properties that addressed my preferences, followed up with me often, shared information (both local information as well as specific information and documents regarding properties that I had on my "short list"), and she promptly returned my calls when she wasn't immediately available. I would certainly recommend Paola when you have real estate needs.

We were from out of state and found Paola from Zillow. She was able to get us appointments with less than 24 hours notice as we were only in town a short visit. When we realized we did not care for the houses (that we picked out to see), Paola quickly pivoted by our feedback and got us into 3 more houses that day, leading to the one we ended up purchasing.

In finding our new home, Paola listened to what we were looking for in a house/property. She sent us some very good houses on the market to look at and narrow down to what we wanted to visit. She provided some valuable insight as we visited houses and answered our questions. She was responsive, attentive and professional. When Paola told us that she would do something, she did it in the time frame that was discussed.
In selling our house, Paola helped us tremendously and guided us through the process. When she listed the house, the photos were professional and it was on all of the professional selling sites and the items listed were exactly as we discussed. She did this with a professional, thorough and positive approach. We sold our house in two days and the listing was awesome!!
