Top notch professional. Was very communicative and helpful through out the long process of house hunting to closing.
Renee was referred to my husband and myself as we were wanting to move to the Port Charlotte area from Wyoming. I arrived the last week of June and planned on a week to find a house. Because of limited time, I was thankful that she only showed me houses
that met our criteria. Her knowledge of the area, her "eagle eye" as she looked at the properties, pointed out many issues that I did not see. I found a house and signed the contract. Unfortunately, the sellers were not able to find a house to purchase during
the our initial 30 day contract. During an almost 3 month process, Renee kept us informed and more importantly, kept the pressure on the seller's realtor to inform us of their progress. This was made more difficult by the lack of attention by the seller's
realtor. Through many conversations and negotiations, Renee kept us from going "off the rails" and was tough but professional to finally close the sale. Thankfully due to Renee's experience and tenacity, we are now the happy owners of our house in Port Charlotte.

Renee is absolutely amazing! From day 1, she was on the hunt for a house that would fit all of our needs. She makes you feel like you are her priority the entire process. We were searching for a home from 7 hours away and couldn't make frequent trips down
to look. After our initial trip down to look, she video called us through several houses and knew exactly what we would be looking for. She goes above and beyond for her clients and took care of us like we were family. We ran through some challenges selling
our home at our last unit and (even though it wasn't her job) she did everything she could to advise us through that. As a military family, we have strict deadlines for our departure and arrival at our new unit and Renee did absolutely everything she could
