My areas of specialty include residential homes at all price points, condominiums, historic homes and income property. I have remodeled six of my own homes and built a seventh, so I have first hand knowledge of all aspects of home ownership. I have training and hands-on experience in staging your home, referring buyers to sources of downpayment assistance and alternative financing, referrng clients to the full range of home maintenance, repair and construction service providers and estimating a home’s value for both buyers and sellers.
