Wife saw a listing for a house a few minutes after listing came online. Went to home and contacted Scott after I looked around outside of the house and talked to a neighbor next door for some information regarding the house. He was there within 20 minutes and showed us the home. He was very knowledgeable about the house since he sold it to the previous owner and stayed in touch with her until her passing. Very impressed with the house and brought my wife up the next day to look at that house and three others to get a better perspective of the housing market. We made an offer while we were still with Scott and he went right to work. Within a few hours he gave us word that the estate trustee accepted the offer at the negotiated price we gave. After inspection and water test came back as expected we closed the next week. The house was listed and sold within one day, and we moved in 16 days later. To top it off we hit it off so well we are now Facebook friends. When some boxed mattresses came four days early while we were at our primary residence near Ann Arbor, my wife contacted Scott, and he picked them up and is keeping at his home until we head back up to our new vacation home the next weekend.
