Sheila Burdett
I am one of the lucky ones. I have been in a field that I love for over 30 years. It is a delight to serve the community in so many ways. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS where it begins and where it ends. I have found that always treating customers with dignity, fairness, and honesty builds a strong base. My reputation follows me, and I enjoy repeat customers, referrals, old friends, and making new friends.
I am active in the Junction City Board of Realtors, 2004-2007 Zone 4 V-P of the Kansas Association of Realtors. I am a Director for the Chamber of Commerce, and I volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Geary County Convention and Visitors Bureau. I am a member of the Church of the Covenant Episcopal Church in Junction City. I have four adult children, five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild!
"The American Dream"
Owning a home has always been the dream of the American people.
A home is so much more than a roof over your head. A home, my home is safety and comfort. Home is the foundation from which our lives are launched. It is the place we retreat to when we need rest, regeneration, and respite. Home is where we can stop and think and try to make sense of the world, and of ourselves.
We can be ourselves, eat what we want, watch TV if we want, or read a book or do nothing. It is our little piece of heaven.

Recommendations
She made the process incredibly easy to understand and as stress free as possible for this first time seller, and during the first months of the pandemic April 2020. We received an offer in the first 30 days. She communicated with me every step of the way until we closed.
Her kindness and patience is exceptional. A client could never be disappointed.
