I went with C21 because I had worked with Heather on a rental. She went out of her way to help me find the right house. (I was living in Kentucky at the time and she went to several houses and we did video conferences at each home) I figured since she
went above and beyond for a rental house, that buying a home would be a home run event. (And it was!!)

I thought it was going to be difficult to view homes and get a feel for what we wanted and needed since my wife and I were in Maryland and Raylene was in College Station, Tx, but she went out of her way to answer every email and text I had related to homes
