Chuck said that he could sell our property. We agreed to let him be our realtor. Even though we know Chuck personally, he always treated us professionally and very respectfully. There were quite a few issues that we had to overcome and overcome we did.
He always had a solution for any issue that presented itself. For example, we had issues with the Title of the property. Chuck had different suggestions that we could use to obtain a clear title. Through all the title issues he stuck with us never wavering.
Not one time saying that he was ready to quit. He was always friendly and kept in contact with us, even if it was not the news that we wanted to hear. He went beyond our expectations to obtain the title for us. Yes, a clear title was obtained. I do not believe

Dori was an exceptional guide through the entire process of selling and buying a home. In order to help us with the sale of our farm, she placed us in contact with a realtor who specializes in farm/ranch/auction sales. We remained in contact with Dori
throughout and the sale went through quickly. She located a rental for us in College Station for the summer while I recover from surgery and give us time to look for a home. She sent us updates (and our daughter who lives in College Station) using the parameters

Michelle is a fantastic realtor to work with. She recently helped me buy my first home, guiding me through the ins and outs of the whole process (I just closed yesterday with little to no problems). She helped me overcome many challenges. For example,
I had a low price range, which meant that, in a market with low inventory, houses were being snatched up quickly. But she put in a lot of work to make sure I was successful! She submitted 5 different written offers for me. Two were taken by cash offers from
investors, and two were being sold by people who were unwilling to negotiate (Michelle helped me realize this and advised me to wisely walk away). I'm glad I ended up with the fifth house, which she helped me negotiate to below its appraisal value. Overall,

I thought it was going to be difficult to view homes and get a feel for what we wanted and needed since my wife and I were in Maryland and Raylene was in College Station, Tx, but she went out of her way to answer every email and text I had related to homes
as well as providing recommendations of areas based on needs we expressed to her. Raylene performed quite a number of video walk through's of homes pointing out the good and bad in each. We came into College Station and met Raylene to do some onsite walk-throughs
and again she is very detail oriented with an extreme amount of building knowledge that she passed onto my wife and I. Her knowledge of the area and her knowledge of the homes she showed us was very important in helping us select and put a contract on a home.
Once we made an offer, Raylene worked diligently in our best interest to get us the fairest price possible and all the way from that point through closing she worked on our behalf to ensure things were moving forward while my wife and I went back to Maryland.
