She serves as the principal owner of NextHome Leaders located in Pikesville, Maryland. Originally from the Bronx, NY, she relocated to Owings Mills, MD in 2002 to provide a better life for herself and children.
Tabitha has earned an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland which has taught her the skills needed to effectively run a growing real estate company. She has a long history of successfully training and guiding newly licensed Realtors to develop a thriving career in real estate.

Tabitha was very professional and very knowledgeable about all that I needed,she was honest and upfront with what I needed and wanted. She addressed me desires compassion and efficient to the point where I received above and beyond what I was expecting.
The bottom lines is if you’re looking for someone to trust and will work towards you getting the most out of your process. She’s the one an I’ve dealt with many but no one has come close to doing the job that she does.
Tabitha came in a clutch! Our home had already been on the market with another realtor for months with no success, very little marketing and barely any showings. She quickly turned things around once onboard! We had more showings in the first week with
her than we had all the months it had previously been on the market. Tabitha is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to clearly guide us through the process. We received multiple offers, even while on the market over the winter months and holidays.
