Now that the property is sold, I just want to thank you for your OUTSTANDING work. For the record, Merrill and I have been working in Real Estate Development here in New Jersey for the past 6 years. We have bought, rehabilitated and sold/rented at least 12 properties. Therefore, we have worked with a lot of Real Estate Agents. You, by far, have been the best one we have worked with. No real estate deal ever goes without a ripple, but this one had a few tsunamis. Each one you took in stride and flattened. What's more, you handled most of them on your own, without having me spend countless hours trying to make things right. When we needed a surveyor, you found one and got that hurdle out of the way. When the title company didn't know how to find an old title (can you believe that!) you guided them through. When the corners of the property needed to be staked you found someone to do that and got it done. You really bent over backwards to make this deal happen, even when I was ready to give up.
