Terri was always pleasant and accommodating. She never got discouraged or upset when, after showing several house, we would say we did not LOVE any of them. She knew the neighborhood and helped us consider different areas to live in.
Terri was great before and after we bought the house. She worked well with the builder after we made the offer and she helped us negotiate with the builder/owner for certain changes to be made to the house before closing.
She had to drive though a snow blizzard to get to the closing meeting, but she was there!
