I had lived overseas for several years, when an opportunity to move back to the states came up. Ted helped me find a great little house in a great location and listened to my needs when house shopping. He helped me narrow down options which would have likely not been good, and very discretely pointed me away from places that had problems that I may not have noticed on my own. He put me in touch with lenders and insurance who could work the consequences of being overseas for a long time. I found a house I love, and was able to move in just after moving back but before starting my new job. It was smooth as could be.

We met Ted in 2018 at an open house. If I remember correctly, he was newer to the real estate business but he was so genuine, it set him apart from other agents so he became our agent and helped us buy our first home. Six years (and many lunches) later, he's still the same genuine, caring person and he helped us sell our first home as well. He made us feel comfortable and reassured during a process that is stressful in general. Our house was a bit of an outlier at the time we had to sell but he came to the table with a binder full of information/data and helped us sell WAY above asking. We also had to move out of state before the actual closing so he helped us navigate that from 600+ miles away! Ted comes highly recommended by us and we wish he had his MD real estate license so he could help us out here too.
