I'm giving a five star review for five star service. Tim went way beyond to get this under contract then to closing. I would highly recommend using him. I was an out of state buyer then seller, and he truly took care of needs for closing.

With the current market conditions and the limited inventory on the market it was difficult to find a house that fit our needs, but they made it happen.
