Growing up in the picturesque town of Wisconsin Rapids, I embarked on an adventurous journey that took me from the sunny shores of California to the vibrant landscapes of North Carolina. However, the call of home was undeniable, and I joyfully returned to my roots, back to the heart of Wisconsin. They say there’s no place like home, and for me, that sentiment couldn’t ring truer—I’m a proud Wisconsinite through and through.
Alongside me on this incredible journey is my wife, Tara, a fellow Rapids native who now shines as the Assistant VP of Retirement Plans at Nicolet Bank. Together, we share a deep love for our community, often spending our leisurely days cruising the river with our 2 kids and 2 labs enjoying the Wisconsin River in all its beauty!
A Fascinating Connection
In a charming twist of fate, Tara’s grandfather, Karl Bremmer, played an unexpected role in my life story. In 1976, he facilitated the sale of my parents’ first home—the very place where I took my first steps and where my parents still reside today. Stepping into this fine family tradition brings me immense joy and a profound sense of connection to my past.

When you work really hard to buy your first home, you want someone who works just as hard to help you with that process. I met Tim when I was purchasing my first home. He became a friend and continued to help when something tragic happened to the home

Everything went smoothly with Tim start to finish. Tim asked good questions to see how motivated and quickly we wanted to sell and after discussions he priced appropriately. It took a while, but in the end we got full asking price without any contingencies
based on good recommendations from Tim. He assured us we were priced right and with patience things would work out.

Tim did an excellent job selling my house. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price. He managed everything for me after I already moved 3 hours away. I knew I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend him for any realtor needs.
Tim was great to work with. He had knowledge of the market and made recommendations we had confidence with. It took a little while and my wife wanted to start dropping the price but Tim was confident with where we were priced and assured me not to panic
and be patient. In the end we got the desired result at full asking price with no contingencies!
Only phrase that comes to mind for a review is "Above and Beyond." Tim is simply the best realtor I have had the honor of working with.
Tim was helpful in keeping us updated on where the process was, as well as following through on the important details. He is a pleasant personality to work with.

Tim did an amazing job, 10 showings in 5 days with two offers! I couldn’t have asked for more, he took away all the worry and pressure. With my busy schedule I thought it would be tough getting in to sign papers but he worked around that. Strongly recommend

We purchased a parcel of land with the help of Tim. We live 3 hours away from the land so everything was done long distance. Tim was very helpful during the process. We highly recommend using Tim as your real estate agent.

Tim was great! He gave us great recommendations for homes in our price range and in the area we were looking for. He was also very honest but not pushy.

My family and I were looking to move back to the Rapids area. We were living in Appleton so it was a little tricky. Tim set up multiple showings for when I was in town and also took my Mom and Sister to look at houses when I wasn't available. We have two
young girls, so packing them up to come look at a bunch of houses wasn't always ideal. We were constantly communicating via email or text. We found our forever home and we couldn't be happier! It was such a wonderful feeling knowing that we had things taken
care of and we weren't even in the same city. It was a very smooth transition and we're very grateful for Tim's help. On moving day we were gifted some delicious treats and cocktails, but best of all, there was a gift bag full of coloring books, crayons, play
