I met Carson a years back in a college class where he first told me he was in real estate. Fast forward a couple of years and I had reached out to him asking for help in purchasing a home. I had explained to him that I had attempted to purchase a home three or four times previously but had not had any luck due to not understanding the credit process and other hurdles that come with buying a home.

Carson took this information, and for two solid years, worked with my by introducing me to people who helped repair my credit and then spent months working with me to fine the right house. Carson was so dedicated to the process and helping my girlfriend and I out that he drove all over the county showing us properties before we settled on a new build. The new build took almost a year to complete and Carson was there every and every step to help us with anything that we needed, including driving out to the build site. Throughout the process both Carson and I worked together to do research on various home loans available to veterans before settling with CalVet home loans.

When we finally closed on the build and got the keys, Carson ensured that he was there with us to celebrate the experience. He even took the time to personalize a welcome home basket with items that were tailored to both my girlfriend and I. This is so much more than what our home builder did for us (they just handed us the keys and said good luck at the sales office).

Laura is an amazing realtor and an amazing person. She is patient, kind, knowledgable, flexible, and not pushy. Wether she had a place to show us, or we wanted to see one, she immediately responded, set everything up, and we never had to do anything. She's on top of everything, all the time. Laura's also flexible and often worked around our schedules. When we were ready to put in an offer (at this time remotely), she advised us so accurately that we got our dream condo although there was a lot of interest from other parties. We were able to do a facetime walkthrough and she gave us all the time we needed. During the purchase process, she handled everything and had all the contacts we needed. From local brokers / lender contacts (they beat the others we found ourselves) to inspectors to appraisers - she took care of it all and we never had to think or plan for more than a few hours or a day ahead. During closing, she was invaluable with her information and experience re. HOA's, gardeners, cleaners, repair people, A/C - ANYTHING. Bottom line, she knows what she's doing, is a local on the island, and has tons of insight and connections. Since we are remote, she was the right person for us. I closed on my dream home yesterday (8/22/2022) thanks to Carson Cusano of Nexthome Premier Properties and it only took 14 days from start to closing/recording. I cannot say enough good things about Carson! We were assigned him as our relator through Veterans United when we were told of our relocation to the area. We were given the run around by the military for several months with not receiving our paperwork to move and were not able to commit to looking at homes or putting offers in yet. Carson continued to send us homes, updates and check in with us often to see how we were doing and gave us words of care and encouragement along the way. When we finally got our relocation paperwork we were only given a month to move and unfortunately could not commit to the house buying process. We let Carson know and apologized for wasting his time to which he replied that we did not and that he would put out feelers for us on any rentals in the area. He proceeded to put a Facebook post out asking colleagues and other professionals if they had any leads and keep in contact with us with any replies. In summer of 2019 , I reached out to the Bloom Group to inquire about a home that I desperately wanted to see. I got referred to speak with Carson. First Impressions he sounded very polite and knowledgeable. When we met in person he was calm, patient and very polite. Which is why we decided to stick with Carson. I am one to ask multiple questions and at the time my husband and I expressed that we were researching in home buying and had not been pre approved. What was great was that I did not feel like I wasting Carson time. I know some realtors just want to deal with you once you have pre approved but this was not the case with Carson. After meeting with several tomes to view additional homes, I could tell that Carson was just a genuinely nice person. I worked with Lillian to sell my home. She led me through the selling process which is very different in this 2017 market. She always had answers to my questions and did extra research to get the information that I needed. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor.
