Through the leadership of owner Larry Moonilal, NextHome Prominence Realty aims to honor
and continue the legacy of the office’s previous broker/owner, Debrah Sutherland. Larry, one of
the brokerage’s longest-serving associates, is assuming brokerage ownership after Debrah
tragically lost a courageous battle with cancer.
“People just gravitated toward Debrah,” Larry said. “She had a heart like no one I’ve ever seen
before. She always cared about her agents first, above anything else. I hope to continue her
unparalleled agent support.”
The office was previously known as NextHome Pinnacle Realty.
Now, under a new owner and with a new name, NextHome Prominence Realty is poised to
continue a legacy of client-centered excellence.
“I hope that people know, above all else, that we care,” Larry said. “Our client’s and associate’s
wellbeing is the most important thing. We embody the humans over houses mindset.”
With a background in small business management and real estate investing, Larry offers clients
broad industry expertise. He spent several years running the family business before obtaining
his real estate sales license in 2017.
After obtaining his license, Larry joined a nationally franchised brand. However he craved
additional education and support.
Then, while juggling both his small business and part-time real estate sales, Larry met Debrah.
At the time, she was preparing to launch NextHome Pinnacle Realty.
“She was a remarkable leader who prioritized her associate’s growth and development,” Larry
said. “I learned a lot from her. As I launch NextHome Prominence Realty, it is important to me
that we continue her legacy. I will be an available broker who nurtures extraordinary talent.

their best to each transaction.”

Larry holds the distinctive CASAN Certification, offering unparalleled service for luxury clients.
As an accomplished real estate investor himself, Larry is also able to skillfully guide investment
clients toward the options that best fit their needs.
