We moved to Vermillion South Dakota from out of town. We were interested in a wide array of places and locations. We were able to come into town for two days to look at places. Janel showed us 25 places in 3 states in 30 hours. She arranged for us to see
virtually every place we were interested in, and accommodated our replacements in the schedule. And she was pleasant throughout. Number 24 turned out to be the place we bought.

Where do we begin to tell people how amazing and easy to work with Janel is??? There are simply not enough words!! When we first started out with Janel she wanted to show us a property and I (Joanie) refused to go look at it. Having a history of working
in the mortgage business, I knew the property would be tough to find financing for to match our needs. I just didn't want to mess with it. A couple of months went by of trying to work out a deal with a "For Sale By Owner" and without Janel by our side, this
deal fell apart at the 11th hour and we were on a time crunch. We had approximately 30 days to work with. The property that I first denied, we looked at and put an offer on that night!!! I should have trusted Janel's instincts to begin with, silly me. We worked

I have no problem with giving Katie Slater 5 stars. She listened to me describe my housing needs, financial issues and, as I informed her, of my physical handicaps and personal hobbies, asked thoughtful questions and quickly eliminated properties on the
market that did not fit those criteria rather than wasting my time showing me homes that would not fit my needs . She is very knowledgeable about the area, pointing out the different properties relative location to the local government offices, public library
and parks.

When we decided to sell our acreage and house of 42 years, Vicki was referred to us by a long time friend. It was the best decision we could have made. She proceeded to do a drone flyby of the property as well as a 360 view of each room. The result was awesome . Vicki guided us through all the hurdles and legal pitfalls flawlessly. We were even able to sign multiple documents while on a cruise in the Baltic. Vicki is a wonderful combination of sweetness and stubbornness. You cannot go wrong in having Vicki on your side. Selling an acreage is more difficult than some and may take 2-3 years. Vicki accomplished this in two months. 5 star all the way!!!!!
