Ryan took our house on after it failed to sell. He got it rented out pretty quickly and then had to deal with a few crazy things as our property manager also.
When we went to list our house he was able to find a buyer within a quick time and had to again deal with some more issues this time from the county. During this whole process for the last 2.5 yrs I've never had an issue and he has always looked out for what was in our best interest whether it be the renters or repairs we needed to have completed.

Ryan did an amazing job in finding us a home to buy. He was willing to work around our very crazy schedule to meet with us any time we needed it. Any questions we had were immediately answered. If he didn't know for sure he always got right back with us after finding out. His recommendation on a lender was great. We never had to travel anywhere to sign anything until the very last step which was so helpful with our schedules. Even at the very end after everything was said and done he still was a big help with finding someone to help us with the house we bought on a few issues we had.
