Todd was amazing. This was our second time looking for a home and the first time using Todd. Our experience with him far exceeded expectations. My husband and I work full time and had very little time not to mention our lease was ending soon. Todd very quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. He (without us asking him to) would go take videos of houses/neighborhoods and send them to us since we could not always go. He has so many contacts for electricians, fences and decks, etc... and would meet these people to get quotes on our behalf. He was never pushy and was incredibly flexible - even meeting us at 9pm to see houses if that is all that worked for us. When we finally found our dream home, he was incredibly helpful with all of the contracts and details. Additionally, we used the VA loan which he was incredibly helpful with. Zack was very knowledgeable and patient with us as first time homebuyers. He always made time to meet us at showings or explain to us what was going on at certain points in the process. When we hit a snag he took several hours of his time on the phone to try to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Communication was always great and he really cares about helping.

Nik recently sold my parents home where they lived for 35 years until their recent passing. He worked tirelessly, holding numerous open houses and provided guidance on how to best show and price the home. Whenever an issue arose that needed attention such as repairs and improvements, he would call several contractors he had worked with and trusted, meet them at the house, get quotes for us and oversee the work. He even worked on some updates while he was on an overseas trip he had long planned.

At the end we got the price we had hoped for. I would recommend Nik to anyone who wants a dedicated agent who is always eager to take the extra steps in selling a home.

Wish I had more houses to sell. Lisa would be our go to realtor. She took the time to explain the current market in general and how our house fit into the overall picture. She also gave us her opinion how to price and market the property. There was never a question that she would not answer. She implemented the marketing plan efficiently and professionally. Every member of the team she assembled was timely and professional. Staging was done pictures taken as and showings coordinated respecting our time and space. So much for the nitty gritty. On a personal level Lisa took the time and importantly the interest in our hearing and understanding how for us this was more than a real estate transaction. We had lived in our home for 37 years. As anyone reading this well knows if you are lucky a house becomes a home. What one now sees as clutter to be left on life’s trash heap was once the part of many happy times with family and friends. I moved to the DMV from Texas and had temporary housing with a friend until I could find a condo. I found an agent, she was nice. We went out, lost a couple offers and I soon realized that she was not going to be the one to get the job done for me as a first time Maryland homebuyer in this market.

Lisa Nasar was our real estate agent in the fall of 2020 during the global pandemic. Under her management, our house went under contract after only one week on the market. She did a lot of work to help us sell the house and we were very grateful for her services.

Some specific examples of what she did included:
1. We needed to refresh the interior of the house and hired a painter. Lisa worked directly with the painter and selected the paint color. The results were excellent and everyone loved the color.
2. Lisa was very thorough and had 90 pictures taken of the house, from the basement to the exterior including aerial shots. Therefore the online listing was very detailed and informative.
3. Lisa took considerable time to decide the listing price of the house. She studied the housing prices in the neighborhood and consulted her colleagues before making her recommendation.
