Todd was amazing! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things you can do. I had just moved to the Nashville area and my sister is a very good relator in Florida and the only one I had ever known. I was not sure what to expect. I kept my home in Florida and this was my second home, which adds so many complexities in terms of financing and the mortgage. Story time:
