We worked with Barb on a recent transaction with her as buyers agent. From the beginning she listened carefully to our wish list and tailored searches to that list. She is very savvy with all digital means and methods and that really helped to avoid delays. At a certain point in the process she called me to discuss something that was of concern to her involving our preferred mortgage company (not local). Long story short her intuition literally helped to save our deal from failure (our preferred lender was incapable of arranging an appraisal and the clock was ticking toward our deadline).
