Ashley professionally handled virtually every aspect of the sale of our house, including: determining asking price based on market history in our area; arranging for professional photographers to take photos and videos (including drone videos) to best showcase our house to potential buyers; put us in touch with estate/auction experts to sell furniture and personal items we would not be taking with us; and made the title and closing paperwork as easy as possible for us.

To top it off, the entire process from listing to closing took less than 60 days, something we thought would be impossible when we decided to sell this late in the year! We would give her a higher rating if we could, but 5 stars was all that was available to select on the rating scale.

Finally, communication, including phone calls, texts, and emails, continually updated us throughout the entire process.

Stephanie was initially helping us find a build site in early spring. Our family just moved to the area. So we were not familiar with much of anything around Marshfield. We had plans on building while we rented. Then price increases, supply shortages, and inflation stopped that for the short term.

My wife and I were all over the place on what we wanted to do in this CRAZY market. In early summer were buying a house. Then we were just going to buy the farm house we were renting. We were back on forth on buying in town or out of town? The right school districts? Also, I am a perfectionist, tightfisted with what we buy, and wasn't very willing to join the buying craze.

Then she in late spring found us the perfect build site. Pretty much everything we wanted, right school district, wooded acres short drive in town. So we bought the vacant land, planning to sit on it for a 3-5 years.

We looked at probably a dozen + houses, that were partially upgraded/renovated room by room or just priced to high for what they were...i.e. I hate when people do room by room remodels because they are normally to short-sighted to get the whole house to flow, decoratively speaking. We found an EXCELLENT maintained house in the school districted we wanted in town without any partial remodeling, for a good price.

TWO DEALS DONE!
