Justin was GREAT! He was great about open communication and kept us informed about the process constantly. He would answer my calls or text whenever I would reach out to him. He made sure that we fully understood the papers we were signing. He went above and beyond to secure the house we wanted. He negotiated for us on what repairs needed to be done on the house. He never got frustrated when I had to bring all my kids to showings or signing papers and helped to keep them entertained with snacks or cartoons. He worked around our busy schedule to which is Great. He didn’t get frustrated when we didn’t get things done as fast as we wanted. I couldn’t recommend a better realtor/person.

To whom it may concern. I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Williams on my real estate questions I had contacted him and told him I needed some help on my parents property mostly for an assessment of value for insurance purposes and that my brother and I would be interested in selling the property. he said no problem and the next day we had what we needed for insurance purposes.Next we called and set up a meeting,he came to the property and sat down with us and ask about the property and what we expected for it. He explained what he could do for us ,was very proffesional and made sure that we understood the process and what he could do for us. I at no time felt pressured to do anything. My brother and I decided to go with his plan, We all got back together and Justin went through the contract. He was very know ledgeable on what was going to happen and made sure we were able to understand everything. Justin kept us informed on what was happening pretty much daily. He then called and said he had a 2 offers for us. he sat down with us and explained both offers. we accepted 1 he walked us through the process with great knowledge and proffessionalism keeping us informed daily. The guidance and advice he gave us was a job well done, and I would not hesitate to use him again.
