To whom it may concern. I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Williams on my real estate questions I had contacted him and told him I needed some help on my parents property mostly for an assessment of value for insurance purposes and that my brother and I would be interested in selling the property. he said no problem and the next day we had what we needed for insurance purposes.Next we called and set up a meeting,he came to the property and sat down with us and ask about the property and what we expected for it. He explained what he could do for us ,was very proffesional and made sure that we understood the process and what he could do for us. I at no time felt pressured to do anything. My brother and I decided to go with his plan, We all got back together and Justin went through the contract. He was very know ledgeable on what was going to happen and made sure we were able to understand everything. Justin kept us informed on what was happening pretty much daily. He then called and said he had a 2 offers for us. he sat down with us and explained both offers. we accepted 1 he walked us through the process with great knowledge and proffessionalism keeping us informed daily. The guidance and advice he gave us was a job well done, and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Todd in the CookTeam was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast. My wife and I changed specs but Todd and his team met our standards. We changed location, Todd and his team matched our standards again. My wife and I did not come with easy requests, but that didn't slow the CookTeam down, in fact they became more helpful. Sami was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions and even when the first sale of our house fell through she was right on top of everything and we had a new sale 2 days later! Alicia is amazing at what she does! When buying and selling my investment property's she makes it a smooth simple process. I explain what im looking for and she finds it and dont let off the gas till she does. When it come to closing she takes care of everything, making it a simple, stress free experience. Mr. Cook has been showing us houses for several months. Most were about 90% there but not the one. We just about gave up when Todd gave us a call and said "I found your house!" And yes he did.
