Todd in the CookTeam was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast. My wife and I changed specs but Todd and his team met our standards. We changed location, Todd and his team matched our standards again. My wife and I did not come with easy requests,

The Cook team must have showed us 20-30 homes over a 6 month period. Most of them were very close but not just there. When they found us our current home, they contacted us right away and we were able to purchase the home that day. The Cook team listened
