Todd and Jennifer Cook of the Cook Team have be active in Real Estate for 18 and 21 years. Todd and Jennifer celebrated 30 years of marriage and have 3 adult children with 2 grandchildren. Both Todd and Jennifer are Council Bluffs Graduates and have spent their entire lives in our community. Being involved with their Children events, schools and the Council Bluffs community has provided the relationships to building their real estate career. In 2022 Todd and Jennifer partnered with NextHome as Council Bluffs franchise Owners.

Jennifer prides herself in being involved in all aspect of Real Estate from first time buyers needing grant programs to executive homes in our community. Todd has over 29 years of selling experience , spending 13 years in sales with Pepsi Cola before joining Jennifer in 2005. Todd is heavily involved in helping the Cook team clients from buying residential homes, commercial or leasing for their business. Todd has helped clients purchase homes in Iowa and Nebraska.
