Went above and beyond for our family. Would highly recommend using Linda as your realtor.
Linda was the best realtor we could have asked for! She was very knowledgeable about everything we could think of, the multiple areas we considered, the different builders we encountered, and many features we did not think about that we needed. She was
also able to help us get out of a bad contract with one builder and then to assist us immediately when we were ready to try again months later. She was always a phone call/text away and treated us more like family then just clients.
Linda was wonderful in helping me sell my house. She sat down with me and worked through all the necessary steps I needed to take and made the whole process a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Linda was an excellent resource and advocate for us during our recent home search and subsequent purchase. We were out of state buyers that didn’t have the luxury of time to look at properties in person so she really made an effort to understand our needs and identify the best options to maximize our time in the area. She assisted through every step of contract negotiation and all through the closing, even coming through at the 11th hour when we ran into a problem with the title company. It would’ve been easy for her to wash her hands of it at that point, but she fought - successfully - to make it right for us. We would absolutely use her again.

As someone who has been involved with a large amount of sales and purchases in my personal and professional life, I don't know if I've ever seen someone work as hard as Linda did to help purchase my family's new home. She was diligent in her research,
gave us honest feedback, and most of all listened to what we had to say. She's puts her clients first, and I appreciated the way that she genuinely cared about our satisfaction. She's incredibly organized and at the negotiation table she was truly very fair
(LOL, even when I didn't want to be). I always felt our interests were being kept in the upmost regard and you could tell that from Day 1 of meeting with Linda.
