We used the home for our two other Texas A&M children until their graduation. On December 27, 2018 we listed to sell the home using Michelle Taylor. Michelle was a great listing agent. She hired a professional photographer and staged the house to attract potential buyers. Within one day of listing, we had two offers and closed the deal on January 15, 2019.
