It's a scenic area, we have an acre, yet we are walking distance to a small city and the NYC train.

My two moms. My natural mother and my stepmother who both possess their own unique strengths.
Recommendations
I recommend Theresa/Next Home because unlike the high-end brokers, NextHome recognizes that the change in real estate rules compels them to give sellers/buyers a better commission rate. Also, the actual NextHome broker I worked with, Paul Cook, did an
excellent job. In short, sellers/buyers do not need Corcoran, Brown Harris, etc and should instead strongly consider using companies like NextHome so that the negotiated commission doesn't drive or prevent a sale and allows both parties more latitude.
