He helped see what was right and wrong with all the many houses I looked at and gave exceptional advice and always had my best interest in mind. When it came time to deal with negotiating and solving problems, he helped me every step and really went above and beyond in his efforts. My family and I are very happy in our new home and Dave was an enormous part of making that happen. On the 5 star scale he deserves a 20!
